We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst specializing in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in process analysis and experience with major RPA platforms.
Key Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with significant exposure to RPA implementations
- Hands-on experience with RPA tools including UiPath, Automation Anywhere, and/or Power Automate
- Strong understanding of business process analysis and documentation
- Experience in gathering requirements and creating detailed process documentation
- Proven track record of successful RPA implementations
Technical Knowledge:
- Working knowledge of RPA platforms (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Power Automate)
- Understanding of process mining and analysis tools
- Familiarity with SQL and database concepts
- Experience with process mapping tools (Visio, Lucidchart, etc.)
- Basic understanding of programming concepts
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
Responsibilities:
- Identify and assess processes suitable for automation
- Conduct detailed process analysis and create comprehensive documentation (PDD, SDD)
- Perform ROI analysis for potential automation opportunities
- Create business cases and present to stakeholders
- Work closely with RPA developers to ensure accurate implementation
- Monitor automated processes and suggest improvements
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions with business users
- Create test cases and conduct UAT for automated processes
