Job Description
• Monitor project schedule and work progress.
• Manage M&E contractors and quality of work onsite.
• Attend site meeting and coordinate M&E related work with the project team.
• Plan & Coordinate required shop drawings with M&E Project Planner and Project Manager.
• Submit required purchase request of M&E materials to ensure work progress according to project schedule.
• Check for quality of quantity of delivered M&E materials to site.
• Support the project team on site in electrical and mechanical related needs.
• Manage site safety in regards to electrical usage.
providing technical advice and solving problems on site
· preparing site reports and filling in other paperwork
· liaising with quantity surveyors about the ordering and the pricing of materials
Job Requirements
• Degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years experiences in related field
• Knowledgeable in Auto CAD.
• Detail oriented and excellent organizational skills.
• Must be a problem solver minded and able to propose solutions to problems.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
• Must have willingness to learn new things and accept new challenges.
