Roles & Responsibilities
Work closely with supply planning and customer service teams to ensure resource is in place to manage operational volumes and throughput. Ensure robust communication channels are maintained for impacted stakeholders. Follow daily all operational processes to meet customer needs and solve issues. Oversees a company's operational workflow, inventory, equipment-Oversees a company's operational workflow, inventory, equipment. Resolve operational issues and disputes promptly, or prevent it from even occurring.
Maintain constant communication with managers, staff, and merchants to ensure proper operations of the company with brief summary to the Management.

· At least 1 year of relevant working experience, including handling export, import, and general trucking order process flow.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Power BI).
. Class 4 Driving license.
