Job Responsibilities:
- Work closely with project sponsors, stakeholders, and team members to ensure that all project requirements, deadlines, and schedules are on track.
- Documentation management and ability to use project management tools.
- Taking meeting minutes.
- Assist in co-ordination of all project activities and submission as required.
- Keep proper records and maintain all administrative correspondences and documents relating to projects in good order.
- Preparing material submission, system technical data submission as per project requirements.
- To assist to generate to monitor project progress and schedules.
- Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule using appropriate verification techniques.
- Project planning and mangement.
- To advise best practice information management practices and documentation processes.
Job Requirements:
- Qualification: O level, A Level, ITE or equivalent
- Years of experience: At least 3 years of Project Management or equivalent experience in related field (Construction)
- Skills: Capable to converse in English, Mandarin or local dialect. Proficient in MS Office, MS Project and documentation. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Capable of maintaining strong relationships. Attention to details under pressure and time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
