Responsibility :

Prepare setup material for modules build according to daily production plan.

Identify any defective items and handle according to established procedures.

Must compliance with safety and quality procedure .

Maintaning a clean, organized work area.

Skilled with hand tools.

Physically fit, strong and agile.

Willling to perform repetitive tasks while standing for extended periods of time.

Job Specifications (Knowledge / Skills / Qualification / Experience requirement) 

• To perform preventive / breakdown and corrective maintenance and trouble-shooting of M&E systems.
• Perform routine inspection on chillers, Cooling towers, Air compressors and M&E fixtures and fittings.
• Supervise term contractors in maintenance, repair and testing of M&E services.
• Attend to fault report, users’ compliant, breakdown and customer service requests generated from work request platform promptly.
• Report on irregularities and abnormality found during Inspection 
• Perform any other ad hoc duties assigned from time to time by the Supervisor and Facility Manager.
• Responsible to record all jobs done and recommendation in the checklist.
• Conducts test run of generators according to schedule. 
• Able to perform rotational/rostered 24/7 Standby Duties

Requirements: 

• Minimum 2 years and above in Facilities Management environment
• Minimum at least ITE / NTC certification in Facilities Management / Electrical Engineering / Mechanical Engineering
• Well versed in Facility Management Infrastructure and M&E would be advantageous
• Possess out-going personality, inquisitive mindset to explore and uncover technicalities to everyday problems.
• Communicate and write in English for effective execution of routine duties.
• Understand basic WSH with a safety mindset to display good WSH behavior
• Able to work at height (certified)
• Basic computer skills (MS office)
