This role is involved in all project stages from study, planning, designing, tendering, construction inspection, construction administration to commissioning for civil, structural and infrastructure engineering projects like pipeline, sewer, drainage, pumping station, service reservoir and roads. The incumbent is required to co-ordinate and follow up on projects to ensure they are completed on time and without cost overrun. He is responsible in preparation of preliminary design, detailed designs, design calculations and maintain all project documentation to a level as required by the Company's quality standards and constantly provides high quality service and creative solutions to clients to strengthen client loyalty and gain repeat business.

The incumbent should possess a good and recognized degree in Civil, Structural Engineering or equivalent, with at least 5-8 years of experience in Civil & Structural projects, preferably in an engineering consultancy environment. He must have strong technical background in the concept and design of civil and structural works involving pipeline, sewer, pumping station, service reservoir, drainage and roads.

The candidate will provide related mechanical, process and plant building services design, analysis and studies. Works are related to domestic and international consultancy, and design & build projects which are relevant to water and wastewater treatment plants, pumping stations, potable and sewer pipelines, and other related water and environmental disciplines. This will include the preparation of design documentation and drawings, design calculations and report writing, specifications and tender documentation, and other relevant material to meet the project requirement.

The candidate should have a Degree in an appropriate discipline, with at least 20 years of relevant experience preferably in water and environmental engineering or infrastructure engineering.
