We are seeking a dynamic and organized individual to join our team as a Sales Executive cum Office Administrator. This dual-role position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is skilled in both sales and administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Executive Duties:
- Prepare and deliver professional sales proposals, quotations, invoices, and warranty certificates etc.
- Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date client records in the system.
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Address client inquiries regarding products, pricing, and warranties professionally and promptly.
Office Administration Duties:
- Handle day-to-day office operations, including managing correspondence and maintaining records.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless order processing and delivery.
- Prepare reports on sales, administrative activities.
- Ensure a well-organized and efficient office environment by managing supplies and equipment.
Qualifications:
- O level in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
- 2+ years of experience in sales support and/or office administration.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
- Familiarity with the furniture industry or B2B sales is a plus.
