Responsibilities
Ensure workshop in operation to produce quality products and on-time delivery.
Lead by example to manage and supervise workshop production team.
Communicate to align with various departments.
Experience in set up and operating Manual and Machine tools related to Precision Engineering.
Experience in CADCAM.
Production planning
Ensure safety standards on the production floor.
Lead workshop maintenance, troubleshooting and corrective actions.
Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Qualification
Minimum NITEC/Diploma qualifications in Engineering.
Prefer 10 years of working experience in shop floor production related to Precision Engineering.
At least 3 years of supervisory/ management experience.
Strong attention to detail and quality.
Good interpersonal and communication skills to diverse work force.
