Due to continuing growth and development of Merlin’s attractions and brands on a global scale, we are looking for IT Support Analyst to join our Technology department on a permanent basis. The role will be based at Madame Tussauds Singapore (Sentosa Island).
Responsibilities
- Work with the wider IT Team to provide first class technical support to Merlin offices and attractions within region
- Promotion of the IT Service Desk to encourage adoption across the business as the single point of contact
- Consulting and advising users of all levels across Singapore and the APAC region
- Promote Continual Service Improvement and follow through with initiatives
- Promote and advocate security and governance policies
- Ensure IT standards are maintained and promoted across all IT disciplines.
- Ability to problem solve on more complex incidents and requests. Assisting with the coordination and resolution of major incidents.
Qualifications & Experience
- Proven experience in 1st or 2nd line technical support
- Must have experience with supporting Point of Sale Systems in Retail, F&B, Hotel and Ticketing such as Simphony, Opera, Accesso
- Field engineer experience is desirable
- ITIL Foundation
- Network support experience
- A Microsoft or Cisco based certification is desirable
- Technical skills – Troubleshooting, Windows 10/11, Office 365, Microsoft Cloud/Endpoint Manager, Apple, Android, Cisco Networking, Juniper Mist, Point of Sale (POS), Oracle, Digital signage, Kiosks, Ticketing System
