Junior Project Coordinator (Interior Reno For Lifts and Escalator Make over)

-Billingual In English/ Mandarin

-Basic Computer Knowlege (Excel/ Words)

-Represent company to liase with client regards project details

-Ensure project run smoothly and timely

-No Experience required as we will have senior to guide along for project assigned.

We only need someone with postive attitude toward teamwork, willing to learn, detailed and good time management.

No qualification request, Male/ Female all welcome to join our team as long as you posses the above basic criteria.

Company Practise:-

5.5 Days work/week

Time:8.30-5.30pm (Mon-Fri), Sat:8.30am-12.30pm

Project Handling

-Meet and liaise with clients on project assigned as and when needed onsite

- Liaise with client on all project related such as material/ drawing/ design.

-Compile all accurate and finalised information as per client's expectation.

-Deliver the information to drafter for material ordering and fabrication works

-Work closely with drafter to ensure all fabrication meets the client's schedules.

-Follow up the work progress of installation onsite

-Attend to client comments about job progress onsite

-Submit all documents related to project;examples drawing/safety document to client

-Oversee and ensure the project to go on smoothly until handle over.

-Computer skill: simple excel and words.

We will need someone who posses a postive and cheerful personality, who loves interacting with people, detailed person and most important someone who has spirit team work and willing to learn attitude .

Experience are not necessary as we will provide training during probation period.

-Assist in Bca auditing

HR

-Keep track of workers passes expiry date/ Course expiry date/ apply new courses for workers

-In charge of uniforms to workers

-Booking of air tickets

-Perform new application and renewal for staffs and workers WP/ S pass

-Perform security bond checking and purchase scurity bond

-Updating Leaves and MC Records

-Ad-hoc

Requirement:

-SINGAPOREAN Only (Due to no quota in company)

-Freshly graduated from ITE are welcome

-No experience require

-Posses willing to learn attitude

-5 Day days/Week (Mon-Fri)

-8.30am-6.00pm

Full Time Projects Coordinator Needed

Jobscope:

-Handle all projects given by manager

-Meet and liaise with clients to understand their requirement on project,examples material/ schedule/leadtime/design/drawing

-Project related documentations preparation to clients, example safety documents (will be teach)

-Deliver client's expectation and project's information to our relevant internal department for processing of order and fabrication

-Coordinate with manager and engineering team on fabrication of the materials and deployment of workers to project site base on given schedule by clients

-Ensure projects progress in timely manner and hand over smoothly

Applicant must possess:-

-A/ O level education

-Good communication skill

-Responsible and detailed person

-Class 3 license and understanding auto-cad drawing will be a plus

Mon-Fri 8.30am-5.30pm Sat: 8.30am-1 pm

Salary: $2500/-

MC:14 days

Leave: start from 7 days to max 14 days
