Sales Coordinator cum Admin Assistant

We are looking for a In-Door Sales Coordinator cum Admin Assistant. This role combines administrative support with coordination of the sales process to ensure smooth communication between departments and efficient customer service. The ideal candidate should have strong multitasking abilities, excellent communication skills, and a keen attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Coordination:Support the sales team in managing client accounts and sales leads.
   Prepare and process in door quotations, and contracts.
   Coordinate communication between sales, marketing, and customer service teams.
   Maintain up-to-date records of sales activities and customer information.
   Track and follow up on orders, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
   Assist in preparing sales reports and presentations for management.
   
2. Administrative Support:Handle general administrative duties such as answering phone calls, managing emails, and scheduling appointments.
   Organize and maintain office files, records, and documentation.
   Coordinate meetings and prepare agendas and materials as needed.
   Process and maintain office supplies inventory.
   Assist with travel arrangements and expense reports.Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
   
3. Customer Service:Serve as a point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and concerns professionally and promptly.
   Maintain a positive relationship with customers to ensure repeat business and satisfaction.
   Follow up with customers post-sale to gather feedback and resolve any issues.
   
4. Miscellaneous Tasks:Support management in special projects and initiatives as required.
   Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve efficiencies.
   

Operation & Purchasing executive

Job responsibilities / Requirement

To plan and manage operation and delivery to customers

To deal with internal and external customer requirement

To take charge of incoming and outgoing goods

To source, purchase & top up stock items for inhouse production/ project requirement

To manage, maintain and organized an effective inventory system

Establish excellent relationship with local and overseas suppliers

Generate Delivery Order and Invoice to customer upon delivery

Work collaboratively with company’s internal staff.

Knowledge of purchasing and delivery procedure

With working experience in Operational environment

Required work experience – 2-3 years

Able to communicate with China suppliers

Male or Female.

Singapore and others.

Fresh Grad can be considered if are grad in warehousing and logistic

Salary: $2,600 - $2,800 depend on working experience

Working hours: Monday to Friday (9.00am – 6.00pm)

Job Title : Delivery cum Driver

Job Scope:

Collection and Delivery of company's product

Assists in assembly of company's product on a need to basis

Follow routes and time schedule

Load, unload, prepare, inspect and operate a delivery vehicle

Able to communicate in Mandrian

Class 3 driving license

Working location : West

5 working days per week

M+E assistant for production floor operation. ITE grad / Dip.

Those with past experiences as air-con technicians may also apply.

5 days week. Overtime.

To attend site work and service call

Assist in assembly of company's product only on a need to basis

Preference with class 3 driving license.

Working location : Pandan Crescent

Technician (Manufacturing / Production)

• To carry simple assembly work of small mech and electrical parts.
• To use simple battery-operated tools for the assembly work
• No heavy work or operating machinery
• Assist in conducting QC of product.
• Training Provided by the company
• Class 3 driving license – (optional)

Male or Female.

Salary: $2,700-$3,000 depending on working experience

Working hours: Monday to Friday (9.00am – 6.00pm)

OT Position

· Overtime rate for a weekday – 1.5time

· Overtime rate for public holidays and Sundays – 2 times

PRODUCT DESINGER

To assist Design Engineer for Mechanical parts and system. Providing design support to design dept using various Autodesk and CAD software to conduct engineering calculation, analysis, studies and design consideration for the product functionality.

Assist the team to embark on new designs and solution to meet customer’s deadline. Prepare and provide all the necessary support in design drawings, bills of material (BOM), and calculation to support the assembly and production dept to do their work/production based on the product design.

You are expected to work and interact with all level of people from within and outside the company. You are expected to conduct and represent our company in a professional manner at all times.

Salary: $3,000 - $3,500 depend on working experience

Working hours: Monday to Friday (9.00am – 6.00pm)

To carry out simple assembly work of small mechanical and electrical parts.

Make use of assembly drawings to accurately assemble the final parts or product

Prepare materials and hardware in accordance with documentation to complete the job sheet and project

To use simple battery-operated tools for the assembly work

No heavy work or operating machinery

Assist in conducting QC of product.

Primary Responsibility

Assembly Mechanical and non-mechanical parts

Participate in production.

Test and assembly after assembled, material quality control/ measurement control

Repair and rework
