Due to major company growth and project awarded, MGroup Engineering Pte Ltd has an immediate opening for Account cum Admin. We are seeking well qualified, enthusiastic people to join us for continued growth of our business.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Handling AR and AP functions like data entry, processing payments and bookkeeping.
- Assist in all the daily administrative work include duly issue of invoices, quotation, collection of payment, official receipt, commission vouchers, filling, etc.
- Assist in preparing and generating monthly financial statements and supporting documents
- Assist in preparing quarterly GST report
- Handling the HR related matters, staff claims, etc.
- Other ad hoc duties assigned by Superior.
- Overall responsible for the efficient operations and cleanliness of workplace.
QUALIFICATIONS/ EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- Diploma in Administrative/Accounting
- Self-Motivation
- Computer Skill - Microsoft office
- Min 2 years working experience
