Job Description
* Oversee sales team management for commercial vehicle leasing
* Develop a competitive pricing strategy for automotive leasing business
* Mentor, motivate and guide sales team to excellence
* Set goals and conduct performance reviews for the sales team
* Supervise sales pipeline, leads allocation, and sales conversion.
* Prepare sales report on weekly and monthly activities & KPI (team).
* Maintain a deep understanding of the automotive (commercial) leasing market and competition.
* Develop a competitive pricing strategy that attract customers and maximizes profitability to achieve company overall revenue goals.
* Assist sale team members to resolve leasing related issues.
* Manage payment relayed issues, including account arrears and lapsed payments
* Manage and develop corporate leasing fleet accounts.
* Achieve KPI in growing new corporate leasing fleet accounts.
The Successful Applicant
- Diploma / Degree holder, with at least 3 years' experience in managing (leasing) sales team in automotive trade.
- Resourceful, outspoken and strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Successful track record in achieving sales KPI
- Possess a class 3 driving license
