About Our Client

Job Description
Below are the Key Responsibilities:
Act as the owner of the ETRM system and ensure all daily BAU issues are either resolved on a timely manner or escalated to the relevant team for resolution.

Conduct regular meetings with business users to understand new requirement and change request and drive them to completion.

Produce Business Requirement Document and/or Functional Specification Document on major change request.
*
Drive regular discussion with our ETRM vendors for issue resolution, prioritization of change request and release planning.
*
Support Project Manager in all upcoming new projects by taking part in entire project life cycle, ranging from requirement gathering, functional design and user acceptance testing.
*
Play a critical role in Application / Process design for all new initiative. Define system-level application architecture that fit into the overall firm wide IT landscape.
*
Assist the Team Manager, Application Solution in the new Data Catalogue project, by driving the architecture and integration design of the company data landscape.
The Successful Applicant
A successful candidate must:
Formal Education & Certification
*
Completion of University degree, diploma or equivalent in a technical or professional institution with course work or training in Information Technology, Computer Science or Engineering.
Knowledge & Experience
*
Prior experience in commodity industry or financial industry.
*
Prior experience in a Technology or Middle Office role preferred.
*
Good knowledge in Risk Management System, and front to back business process in a commodity trading firm or a financial institution.
*
Basic understanding of SQL database, VBA and Python scripts.
*
Prior experience in any of relevant ETRMs, for example Murex, Planlogic EOS, Entrade.
*
Prior experience in Data Analytics is a plus.
