Job Description

· Assist with recruitment efforts, such as placing job ads, arranging interview and related administrative process

· Work closely with the authorities and ensure compliance of HR policies & procedures in Singapore

· Keeping, maintaining, and updating of personal file / records of employees, increment and renewal of employment contract

· Implementation/managing of HR software

· Liaising with external parties on ISO, insurance renewal or application related matter

· Preparing and printing of document for the operation

· Involved in government grant processes

· Partner with HR team members to implement solutions and help scale the business

· Updating databases internally, such as sick and maternity leave

· Involved in MOM applications and duties

· Ad hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements

· At least 2 years of experience in Human Resource or Administrative role

· Possesses a Diploma in relevant field

· Team Player

· Comfortable to work in a fast-paced environment

· Able to work efficiently with minimum supervision

Job Responsibilities

Delivery of either computer goods/utensils and food

Assist in inventory stock count

Supporting in documentation

In charge of EOS/F&B collections or deliveries

Driving around different parts of Singapore

Gather feedback from customers or prospects

Assist in packaging and rearranging of stocks/boxes

To perform any other ad hoc duties as and when being required

Job Requirements

Good time management

At least 2 years of relevant field

Strong sense of responsibility

Either a Class 3 or 4 license

Able to commit 5.5 or 5 days a week (FT)

*For Part timers, at least able to work 6 hours minimum and 3-4 days a week

Job Scope

Lead the team and ensure the service standards are upheld

Ensure smooth day-to-day operation of the restaurant

Obtain sales target and KPIs given by the management

Promote positive work environment

Ensuring compliance with licensing, hygiene and health and safety legislation/guideline

Estimate food and beverage costs

Assist in sending daily sales report

Able to handle POS system

Find ways to improve operations

Enhance the customer experience and ensure customer satisfaction

Work with kitchen team on purchasing of supplies

At least 2 years of experience in a F&B outlet obtaining a managerial position

Daily washing up of restaurant area to maintain highest level of cleanliness & hygiene standard

Ability to professionally address customer complaints

Job Description

· Provisioning and configure devices

· Installation and upgrading of software / patches

· Perform asset management & update asset records

· Setting up/tearing down of computers

· Updating to the latest windows and programs

· Conduct testing all on devices and systems

· Carrying out re-installation (cloning) of desktop images

· May be assigned with other IT related tasks
