Main Responsibilities / Critical tasks

• Responsible to assist in the design of controls system and programming coding to meet the budget and time expectations as defined by Project Manager
• Able to Modify controls design and other documents according to the Mikron Processes & Standards and compliance to industry standards as according to customer URS.
• Develop specific program per customer and project requirements based on Mikron Coding Standard.
• Participate in controls and validation activities, conduct test and debug, internal buy-off, FAT and SAT.
• Work together with the Customer, Project Manager, Assistant Project Manager, Process Manager, Design Engineers and other project team members as required.
• Communication with Customer as per project requirements.
• Collaborate with suppliers as needed.
• Update PCT and task completion accordingly

Skills and knowledge requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree/diploma in engineering or equivalent; or at least 5 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum 3 years of related work experience.
• Must be able to travel as requested

Main Responsibilities

· Responsible for the assembly, debugging of stations and installation duties as required

· Responsible for pre-alignment stations with guidance from Manufacturing Manager

· Run machine during debug with guidance from Manufacturing manager

· Follows direction from Project Manager on prioritization.

· Provide technical training to customer which includes mechanical hardware & pneumatics, product change-over procedure, critical setup/alignment and preventive maintenance.

· Support installation process at customer site

· Prepare manufacturing documentation as part of the project documentation for projects.

· Be responsible to meet the budget and deadline of pallets and critical stations

· Collaborate with other Project Engineers to streamline activities and share technical difficulties

· Other tasks assigned by line manager

Main Responsibilities：

1. Assist Quality and Validation Manager Asia to complete the tasks in time with good quality.

2. Responsible for successful execution the Validation functions for customer project, as required – Quality, Cost, Time.

3. Responsible to drive and support project team for projects where validation is required and ensure execution is compliance to Mikron standards.

4. Provides training on qualification activities

5. Responsible for maintaining qualification documentation standards and procedures.

6. Create and maintain qualification/validation documentation from the design phase of projects for mechanical, software, and hardware parts.

7. Lead the qualification/validation activities of projects (risk analysis, protocol drafting, and test execution during FAT/SAT) internally and at our partners' sites (approximately 20% of the time on travel throughout the year).

Qualifications:

· Education: Bachelor’s degree/diploma in mechanical engineering or equivalent; or at least 5 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

· Minimum 2 years of work experience in quality or validation of automated systems (mechanical, software, and hardware) or equivalent.

· Work experience in control systems design (design or programming coding) will be an advantage.

· Excellent understanding of shop practices in assembly, test & debug and final acceptance

· Computer skills including Intermediate to advanced working knowledge of MS Excel/Word/PowerPoint with demonstrated record of spreadsheet creation and maintenance.

· Proficient in English (Able to speak, read and write)

· Support Validation team to create and test validation package per customer’s specifications

· Support Software Design Specification with the Control Engineer

· Release stations in the ERP system and follow up on delivery dates as instructed by Supervisor

· Be responsible for the creation of the assembly start package

· Be responsible for the design of pneumatic schematics following project specific requirements

· Be responsible for accurately and timely generating the Mechanical Engineering documentation package assigned to each customer project

Qualifications:

Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent

7 years of relevant working experience or successfully achieve Mechanical Design Engineer Level 2 expectations.

Main Responsibilities / Critical tasks

• Understand customer requirements and order forecast. Create plan and coordinate with business partners to ensure smooth and stable supply to minimize risk of business interruption.
• Ensure supply continuity & stock availability through effective procurement and inventory management.
• Supervise and monitor warehouse management to ensure smooth material in/out flow process.
• Identify potential improvement in purchasing and logistics process and drive the transformation.
• Vendor management, including review and assessment of new vendor's qualification, contract negotiation, appraisal of approved vendor's performance, and improve supplier performance in time of delivery and quality.
• Evaluate and negotiate with system suppliers based on the specific requirement. Present the comparison matrix in terms of cost, capability, and proposal of selection.
• Evaluate the sourcing from oversea country and present risk and opportunity for cost saving.
• Continue improvement to source for more competitive/alternative materials to drive down cost.
• Support purchasing activity for customer service team.
• Involve in operating output and material simulation for all projects on monthly basis.
• Complete other tasks assigned by the line manager.
