Roles & Responsibilities
JOD for Admin
· Performing admin duties like filing, updating documents, entering accounts documents to accounting system.
· Organising documents soft or hard copies.
· Coordinating orders and delivery with customers and colleagues
· To perform other office duties such as answering phone calls, receiving visitors etc.
Requirements:
· Min GCE 'O' Level
· Preferably have admin experience and basic accounts knowledge.
· Intermediate literacy on computer operation and computer software experience especially Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications
· IT knowledge
· Candidates without experience are welcome to apply; training will be provided.
Location: Ubi (5 minutes walk from Ubi MRT station)
Working hours: Monday - Friday 8.30am – 5.30pm
Duration: Permanent
