Tracking project timelines, tasks, and milestones through the company's designated software system. Ensure all aspects of the project are updated, organized, and aligned with project goals, allowing stakeholders to easily access current progress reports.
Act as the primary liaison between clients, vendors, and internal teams to clearly understand and establish the project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
Communicate with team members to discuss project status, potential risks, and issues. Proactively address problems by finding practical and efficient solutions, ensuring the project continues to progress without delays or disruptions.
Source for materials, services, or resources required for the project. Analyze the quotations provided by different suppliers to ensure cost-effectiveness while maintaining quality standards, helping the company to stay within budget.
Gather data on the status of the project each week and month, summarizing key developments, completed tasks, upcoming milestones, and any potential risks. Submit these reports to relevant stakeholders to keep everyone informed and ensure transparency throughout the project's lifecycle.
Assign specific roles, duties, and tasks to team members based on their expertise and availability. Ensure that responsibilities are clear and manageable, while also maintaining flexibility to adjust workloads if necessary.
Manage the work of project team members, providing regular feedback on their performance. Recognize strengths, identify areas for improvement, and provide guidance and support to help the team improve and meet project goals.
Ensure the project adheres to industry-recognized best practices and quality standards throughout its execution.
Ensure all deliverables meet or exceed the agreed-upon quality expectations. This involves quality checks, client sign-offs, and ensuring that all project criteria are fulfilled before submission.
Requirements
Minimum of a diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification.
Possession of a Class 3 Driving License.
Able to work a 5.5-day work week.
Proficient in English, both spoken and written.
Technical knowledge in the milling and patching works.
