Job Description and Main Responsibilities:

· Performing admin and basic accounting duties like filing, data entry, updating documents & organising invoices.

· Assist in general office matters as and when required

· GCE "O" Level or above

Full Time Marketing Graphic Designer/Admin Assistant

Salary: $2800 ~ $3200

Job Description and Main Responsibilities:

• Photo and video taking for marketing and promotional purposes
• Basic skills in graphic design, web design & web development
• Technical expertise in Photoshop, Illustrator & Microsoft office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
• Create assets for online and offline marketing, including website, social media channels, YouTube, EDM, digital ads, merchandise, name cards & posters
• Timely deliveries of artwork and tasks assigned

• Handle daily operations activities including but not limited to: Cashiering duties, Kitchen duties and Tea crafting
• Attending to customers in a prompt and friendly manner
• Maintaining a clean and comfortable store environment
• Promoting and recommending different menu options to customers

• Working hours: 9Hrs/5days (Off on weekdays ONLY)

Requirements:
• No experience required, training will be provided.
• Excellent and positive service attitude
• Full time only
