Job Description

Technically skilled and detail-oriented person that can run various manufacturing / production equipment producing high-quality and strict quality control products. Production is performed in a clean room of 5000-1000PPM.

The PO will work within our production team to ensure that all products meet our company’s standards for quality, performance, and efficiency.

Machine Maintenance & Production:

• Adjust and configure the machine according to engineering specifications for production.
• Perform maintenance, install, test, and calibrate mechanical and electronic components within each machine.
• Ensure alignment, accuracy, and precision of parts and products during the production.
• Cross-training with Quality Control Department to understand both Work-in-Progress (WIP) products and Finished Goods(FG).

Quality Control & Inspection:

• Conduct pre-production checks to verify the availability and condition of the raw materials and machine.
• Perform routine inspections of machines throughout the production process to identify defects or issues.
• Document and report any inconsistencies or quality control issues to the production manager.
• Maintain and ISO 9001 and SOP compliant environment and process.

Technical Troubleshooting & Maintenance:

• Diagnose mechanical and electrical problems within machines and perform necessary repairs or adjustments.
• Follow standard operating procedures for maintenance and troubleshooting of production equipment.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment, adhering to all health and safety guidelines.

Process Improvement:

• Work collaboratively with the production team to improve processes and efficiency.
• Provide input on machine design or assembly changes to improve performance and ease of production.
• Assist in implementing and documenting best practices for production to enhance quality and productivity.

Inventory & Material Management:

• Track inventory of all equipment, parts and materials used in the production process and report shortages.
• Ensure proper storage and handling of materials, parts, and finished products.
• Prepare and update production reports, tracking units produced, time spent, and any issues encountered.

Experience:

• Proven experience (2+ years) in machinery operation or production, preferably with screen printing machines or other manufacturing similar equipment.
• Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems, with the ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.

Skills:

• Strong attention to detail and precision.
• Good critical thinking and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to troubleshooting.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Working Conditions:
