Job Responsibilities:
Main:
- Invoice and Document Management: Consolidate and organize all invoices, Statements of Account (SOA), utility bills, rental bills, and other relevant documents. Rename all documents in a standardized format. Provide soft copies to the outsourced accountant for financial management purposes. Check SOA and supplier invoices for accuracy. Prepare a list of payments to be processed.
Sub:
- Manage HR Online System: Maintain staff particulars on the HR online system, including registering new staff and setting up clock-in procedures. Apply for new permits via the online MOM portal. Submit employees' employment income information to IRAS at year-end. Note: This is not the main job scope, as the company is very small with an employee size of approximately 20.
- Generate School Bento Reports: Compile and create reports for school bento orders covering Monday to Friday during the school day. This task requires approximately 15 minutes daily at 8 am. If this timing is not suitable, further discussion will be needed. Training will be provided.
Additional Information:
- There may be more administrative tasks available if the candidate is interested in taking on additional responsibilities. Direct hiring from the company.
Requirements:
- Must be able to prepare and review the information by the 15th of every month for the previous month.
- Fluency in English and proficiency in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
- Willingness to learn and use cloud data systems like Monday.com and Easy Expense.
- Ability to work independently and demonstrate self-initiative characteristics.
- 100% work from home; must have own computer with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Salary: $800.
