Key Responsibilities

High-Volume Manufacturing Leadership:

• Lead the strategic planning and execution of establishing a high-volume manufacturing facility.
• Oversee all aspects of manufacturing operations, including production planning, quality control, supply chain management, and team development.
• Develop and implement robust manufacturing processes and protocols to ensure consistent, high-quality production and meet customer demands.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Project Management, Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance) to optimize manufacturing processes and minimize costs.
• Identify and implement innovative manufacturing technologies and best practices to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Quality & Compliance:

• Ensure full implementation and maintenance of ISO 9001 standards.
• Lead the certification process for ISO 14001 (Environmental Management) and ISO 45001 (Occupational Health and Safety).
• Drive adherence to all relevant manufacturing compliance regulations (e.g.,SEMI, CE, UL, Conflict Minerals).
• Oversee the implementation and maintenance of robust quality control systems inclusive;

1. Copy exact process and protocol
2. ECO(Engineering Change Order) release process and protocol
3. ECN(Engineering Change Notice) release process and protocol
4. EOL(End-of-Life) release process and protocol

Product Acceptance:

• Manage the product acceptance process, including:
• Factory Acceptance Tests (FATs)
• Virtual FATs and source inspections
• Field installation and acceptance
• Ensure compliance with all relevant industry standards and certifications.

ERP Implementation:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to successfully implement and integrate Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems within the manufacturing environment.

Supplier Qualification:

• Identify,evaluate, and select high-quality suppliers that meet Mindox Techno's stringent requirements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers to ensure timely delivery and quality components.

Innovation & Growth:

• Drive innovation within the manufacturing function by exploring new technologies and process improvements.
• Support the submission of grant applications and patent filings (minimum 2 accepted).
• Patent Application Focus:
• New manufacturing processes or techniques
• Improvements to existing manufacturing equipment
• Novel product designs with improved manufacturability
• Innovative solutions for supply chain optimization

Manufacturing Hub:

• Spend a significant portion of time in the selected location for High Volume manufacturing to oversee the establishment and operations of the manufacturing hub.
• Ensure timely completion of all key milestones related to manufacturing hub establishment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Manufacturing, or related field) or equivalent.
• 20+ years of experience in manufacturing leadership roles, preferably within the high-tech industry.
• Experience in Equipment Design, Various Manufacturing Processes
• Proven track record of successfully establishing and operating high-volume manufacturing facilities.
• Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma methodologies,and quality control systems.
• Experience with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards.
• Excellent project management, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
