Job Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement the company's overseas market sales strategy, explore new markets, and expand customer resources.
2. Manage the overseas sales team, develop sales plans and objectives, and ensure the achievement of sales performance and profit targets.
3. Analyze overseas market dynamics and competitive situations, propose market promotion strategies, and product positioning suggestions.
4. Establish and maintain good relationships with overseas customers, resolve customer issues and complaints, and enhance customer satisfaction.
5. Participate in overseas exhibitions and business activities to expand the company's influence and visibility in overseas markets.
6. Coordinate cross-departmental cooperation, closely cooperate with product, technology, and after-sales teams to provide comprehensive service experiences.
Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above in marketing, international trade, or related fields.
- At least 8 years of experience inoverseas sales management, preferably in the automotive or technology industries.
- Excellent team management and leadership skills, able to effectively inspire team morale and achieve sales targets.
- Familiar with international marketing strategies and channel management, with good business negotiation skills.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
