Position: Beauty Advisor

Job Responsibilities:
- Provide professional and friendly customer service, understand customers' beauty needs and preferences, and offer accurate and suitable product recommendations and beauty advice.
- Be proficient in product knowledge, including the features, functions, and usage methods of various cosmetics and skincare products, and be able to conduct detailed product introductions and demonstrations.
- Ensure the display and layout of beauty products in the store are neat, orderly, and attractive, and replenish and restock products in a timely manner according to sales situations.
- Actively promote new products and special offers, increase product sales and customer purchase rates through effective marketing and sales techniques.
- Handle customer complaints and issues professionally and patiently, and strive to achieve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Cooperate with team members to complete daily store operation tasks, such as inventory management, cashier work, and store cleaning and tidying.
Job Requirements:
- Passionate about the beauty and retail industries, with a strong interest in cosmetics and skincare products.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to build good relationships with customers and team members.
- Have basic knowledge of cosmetics and skincare, or be willing to receive systematic training and learning.
- Good team spirit and cooperation ability, able to work under pressure and complete tasks with high quality and efficiency.
- Fluent in English, with at least basic communication skills to serve international customers.
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred, but fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.
Working Hours and Benefits:
- Working Hours: 5 days work week, including weekdays and weekend. 9 hours (inlcluding 1 hour meal break between 10am-10pm)
