Job Description:
We are seeking an EA Personnel to join our growing organization. The salary will commensurate with industry experience.
Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end sales processes.
Address customer inquiries in a friendly and professional manner.
Prepare all necessary documents for deployment, including Security Bond, Employment Contract, Service Agreement, Rest Day form, and Safety Agreement.
Apply for and manage all Work Permit transactions with MOM via WP Online.
Provide after-sales follow-up and service.
Liaise with MOM officers for any required advice on MOM matters.
Arrange for card collection, thumbprints, and other related needs with MOM.
Ensure compliance with MOM rules and regulations.
Requirements:
Must possess a Certificate of Employment Intermediaries (CEI).
Work experience is a plus.
Must be familiar with and comply with MOM rules and regulations.
Ethical, sincere, passionate, persuasive, reliable, friendly, and customer-oriented.
Operating hours / Location:
5-day work week (40 hour / week) including weekends
Operating hours: 11.00am to 7:00pm
Office Location: Far East Plaza
