Job Description
- Oversee day-to-day operations, Design strategy and set goals for growth
- Resolving and responding to customer queries maintaining client relationship.
- Maintain budgets and optimize expenses, evaluate and improve operations and financial performance
- Provide solutions to issues (e.g. profit decline, employee conflicts, loss of business to competitors)
- Gathers all project information: schedules, data requests, assignments, tasks, and project meetings.
- Works with project team to understand and assist with tracking all work, task and project assignments.
- Monitor and modify project schedule as assigned.
- Maintain document control, database management, track project activities and team communication.
- Assists project team and team lead in strategic meetings and follow up with meeting notes.
- Schedule project follow up meetings as needed.
- Ensure overall site safety.
- Develops and review project status and reports.
- Work closely with suppliers, subcontractor, workers and others
Requirements
- Prior experience in Residential/Commercial Renovation
- An analytical mind with problem-solving skills
- Great communication, management ant and organisational skill
- Highly motivated, proactive, team player, multi-tasking
- Proficient with Microsoft Office 365
- Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills
