About MissionBridge:

MissionBridge is a Singapore-based consulting firm specializing in supporting the growth of healthcare start-ups. We support our clients end to end on their fundraising efforts with expertise in corporate positioning, commercial thesis, valuation assessment, due diligence and building ongoing visibility via investor relations and public relations channels.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a talented individual to support growth and scale-up of MissionBridge as part of the Founder's office. Reporting into the founder, this part time role will involve navigating all aspects from project delivery, identifying new market opportunities, establishing business performance frameworks, creating visibility and driving growth strategy for the firm.

Responsibilities:

• Support client fundraising efforts by developing corporate materials, managing investor outreach, creating comprehensive data rooms and handling due diligence processes.
• Develop communication materials such as corporate presentations, messaging documents, company descriptions, elevator pitches, and fact sheets.
• Do market sizing assessment for clients by studying sector trends, growth drivers, M&A, licensing deals, and competitor activities.
• Support clients with investor relations strategies, coordinate investor conferences, 1-on-1 meetings, and non-deal roadshows.
• Project manage various ongoing workstreams for the founder and regularly update company pitch materials, website, and social media channels.
• Identify new business opportunities for the firm and support expansion into new sectors and geographies
• Drive visibility for the firm via various channels - social media, in-person events, industry thought pieces etc.
• Stay updated with industry trends to provide insights and improve internal processes.
• Collaborate effectively within the team, demonstrating strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with 1-2 years of experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Familiarity with project management tools like Asana is a bonus
• Prior experience in healthcare sector or investment banking / VC roles is a bonus
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Passion for entrepreneurship, consulting, and the start-up ecosystem.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Singapore Citizen / Singapore Permanent Resident (PR) candidates only
