Administrative
- Conduct and evaluate events related due-diligence screening processes to ensure compliance with policies and guidelines.
- Communicate with external parties on required information.
- Monitor the sponsorship and entertainment application for management approval.
- Follow-up the subsequent information to be provided regarding delivery details, payment and attendees.
- Manage the calendar, sponsorship, appointments, and events for Director and senior management.
- Organize and maintain files, records, and databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
SAP
- Prepare and issue items from SAP for events and Sponsorship.
- Follow-up on delivery status with 3rd parties.
- Manage and upkeep records in accordance with Company’s policies and procedures.
Events, Sales and promotion
- Assist with division’s events and activities with team members.
- Facilitate with the internal and external communications by acting as a liaison between departments.
- Assist with the upkeeping of administrative policies and procedures.
- Monitor product stocks and coordinate with distribution and procurement as needed.
Requirement
- Diploma in Business or relevant disciplines
- 1 to 3 years of working experience, preferably in sponsorship evaluation process experience
- Proficient in time management, planning, and multitasking.
- Good organizational and planning skills, time management, strong communication skills, teamwork, ability to prioritize the critical tasks
- Comfortable with packing of events items at warehouse during events/when required.
