Job Description & Requirements
Education:
- Diploma or Certificate in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Skills:
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or SAP) is a plus.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work with accuracy.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Experience:
- 1 -2 year experience required; on-the-job training will be provided.
Summary of role requirements:
- Working hours 9am - 6pm, Monday to Friday.
- 3 years or more of relevant work experience required for this role

- Expected salary: $2500 - $2800 per month

Key Responsibilities
Accounts Support:
- Assist with daily bookkeeping tasks, including data entry, filing, and maintaining accurate financial records.
- Process invoices, payments, and expense claims accurately and in a timely manner.
- Support in accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) functions.
- Reconcile bank statements and maintain financial spreadsheets.
- Assist in preparing financial reports, budgets, and other accounting documents.
Administrative Support:
- Perform general office duties, such as answering phone calls, managing emails, and handling correspondence.
- Maintain and organize filing systems for both physical and digital records.
- Order and manage office supplies to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for team members.
- Handle HR-related administrative tasks, such as maintaining employee records and assisting with onboarding.
General Support:
- Provide assistance during audits, ensuring all required documentation is readily available.
- Support other departments as needed with administrative and clerical tasks.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
