Job scope as follows:
Prepare full set of accounts, Profit & Loss Statement and Balance Sheet
Budgeting & Business Planning and Cash flow management
HR and Admin function, which include payroll and staff recruitment , renewing of company related insurance such lorries, office insurance & other admin job.
Filling of governmental reports, such as GST, CPF filling, & IR8A for individual income and other governmental complaiance
Handle audit compliance and engage with external auditors for tax filling, AGM and other secretarial compliance.
Experience and involve in operational job, such as logistics, warehousing & distribution handling process
Manage & supervision of staff and implementation of policies & procedure thereof.
Over all finance control supervision.
