Role Summary:
Responsible to develop and execute the sales and marketing strategies to achieve the sales target and monthly KPI to support the company growth plans. This includes hunting and developing new accounts to expand the distribution of products as well as servicing and increasing current customer accounts.
Job Responsibilities:
- Hunter role - Revenue generation for Malaysia market
- Have a good understanding of the company’s products, able to pitch/promote to others about them
- Identify new business opportunities (new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, products, and services)
- Carry out market mapping, market survey, customer profiling, exploring new opportunities in the market
- Development and Execution of product expansion strategies to achieve short- and long-term business goals
- Design, manage and monitor the execution of development programs
- Act as trainer to transfer knowledge and best practices to distributor's sales team
- Coach and guide to team members for performance
- Provide updates but not limited to weekly sales call / visit and business report online; and penetration and conversion projection / achievement monthly report
Key Requirements:
- At least 3 years of sales experience in FMCG industry, preferably in frozen food, biscuit, bakery categories.
- At least a Diploma in any field, able to communicate fluently in English, Bahasa Malayu or Mandarin.
- Experience in developing strategies and plans to drive sales.
- Hands on project management skillset and disciplines to manage and drive topline.
- Independent, strong team player, mature, strong analytical and concept crafting skills, good interpersonal and presentation skills
- With Malaysia, Singapore and International market knowledge will be an added value.
- Positive attitude, possess own transport, willing to travel out frequently for the Sales Hunt.
- Have eye for details, hands-on and able to multitask and manage multiple projects
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Powerpoint etc)
