We are looking for a passionate and customer-oriented Junior Customer Service Officer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring their inquiries are addressed and their issues are resolved in a timely and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Provide accurate information about shipment status.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude in all interactions with customers.
- Collaborate with other team members to improve customer service processes.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the Supervisor or Manager.
Requirements:
