Hiring Spass Holders

Key Responsibilities:

• Mass Food Production:Oversee the preparation and production of large quantities of food products, such as frozen meals, packaged snacks, or bulk ingredients.
  Develop recipes for mass production that can be replicated across different shifts or production lines.
  Ensure the uniformity of products by overseeing standardized processes and ensuring consistency in taste, texture, and appearance.
  
• Quality Control and Safety:Monitor the quality of ingredients and final products to ensure they meet industry standards.
  Ensure compliance with food safety standards (e.g., HACCP, FDA regulations, ISO certifications).
  Oversee and implement food safety protocols, including proper storage, cooking temperatures, and handling procedures.
  
• Process Optimization:Work to optimize production processes by improving efficiency, reducing waste, and ensuring cost-effectiveness.
  Collaborate with engineers or production teams to fine-tune production processes or automate certain tasks.
  Troubleshoot issues with food production machinery or workflows.
  
• Recipe Development for Large-Scale Production:Develop scalable recipes that can be easily converted into mass production formats.
  Adjust recipes to account for ingredient availability, cost constraints, or seasonal fluctuations.
  
• Team Management:Supervise a team of kitchen staff and production workers.
  Provide training on food handling, food safety, and machinery use.
  Ensure workers follow all safety protocols and guidelines, especially when dealing with industrial kitchen equipment.
  

Skills Required:
