Morgan McKinley is looking for a motivated Call Center Representative (Shifting Schedule) to support our client, a global leader in consulting and professional services. Join a dynamic team and help provide exceptional service to users in need of technical support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the first point of contact for help desk support, responding to inbound calls.
• Resolve user inquiries during the initial interaction by providing effective solutions to public-facing issues.
• Collaborate with internal support and product teams to ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Maintain accurate documentation, manage incident tracking, and follow escalation protocols.
• Primarily handle direct customer interactions, including outbound follow-up calls to users requesting callbacks.
• Assist with email inquiries as assigned by the team leader.
• Address customer concerns via chatbot, managing a high volume of public-facing inquiries.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a Diploma in any related field (Fresh graduates welcome to apply).
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in call center, or customer service.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to manage stress while handling a high volume of calls from the public.
