Our client is a prominent healthtech company, seeking a versatile and adaptable individual to join their ranks.
Roles and Responsibilities:
· Implement ServiceNow ITSM features as per business needs and requirements.
· Ensure that all incidents and requests are resolved as per SLA.
· Support, build and enhance patching and upgrade requirements along side user experience.
· Work closely with stakeholders to collect requirements, provide demo and support user acceptance testing.
· Support in all implementation and rollout exercise.
· Propose improvements and review codes in the customisation of the ServiceNow platform.
Requirements and Qualifications:
· Hold a degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
· Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience with ServiceNow ITSM.
· Strong knowledge and experience in Asset management, CMDB implementation and data normalisation.
· Prior experience with core modules (Incident, Problem, Service Request, etc )
· Relevant certification such as ITSM, ITIL, CAD, etc
