• Monitor and analyse banking transactions and customer activities within bank systems.
• Detect suspicious patterns, unusual behaviours, and high-risk activities that may indicate money laundering, fraud, or other illicit activities.
• Review and document findings with detailed analysis and supporting evidence.
• Investigate identified suspicious transactions or activities.
• File Suspicious Transaction Reports
• Manage day-to-day Transaction Monitoring alerts and proactively monitor the aging status of these alerts.
• Prepare reports for internal and regulatory reporting.
• Collaborate within the AML Team and with other departments in the bank.
• Support the AML Team in executing ad-hoc key AML/CFT matters as required.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma/ degree holder with 2-3 years’ experience in Transaction Monitoring and/or Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Countering Terrorism Financing (CFT) in a digital and/or SME/Corporate banking environment
• Proficiency in the Singapore AML/CFT regulations and guidelines
• Teamplayer, good communication skills

Business Analyst -Transaction Banking

Responsibilities:

• Manage regional product risk assessment procedure with in-country Transaction Banking members and regional risk assessment teams.
• Make Product working group project plan and lead/manage regular Product working group discussions.
• Monitor and manage project tasks/progress for Product working group members and other stakeholders for on-time project implementation.
• Manage project issues for Product working group including follow-ups with the teams. Escalate issues to senior members and/or management in a proper manner if any.
• Make the necessary reporting to PMO (Senior management meeting,regular WG meetings etc.) for project updates.
• Plan User Acceptance Test (UAT) phase.
• Prepare and provide user training / knowledge transfers to stakeholders (Transaction Banking team, operations, sales etc.)
• Be a liaison for all Product WG members (for any enquiries, consultations, requests, escalations & etc.)
• Manage documents, reports and deliverables (signed documents etc.) including establishment of its safe-keeping protocol within Product working group.

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in computer science/ InformationTechnology .
• Min. 5 years of relevant working experience into Banking. Working experience in a consulting firm will be highly preferred.
• Experienced in data analysis & business process mapping.
• In-depth knowledge of Transaction Banking products is a must.
• Excellent analytical, mathematical, and creative problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
• Good proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
