Job Description

· Preparation and submission of incorporation documents with ACRA

· Preparation and submission of share transfers/share applications with ACRA

· Preparation and submission of AGM and AR with ACRA

· Preparation and submission of various changes in company with ACRA

· Maintain company’s minutes and registers

· Any other work in relation to the above

Skill set

· Familiar with Corporate Secretarial software

· Able to operate ACRA Bizfile portal

· Microsoft Office

· Microsoft Excel

· Communication Skills

· Team Player

· Able to Work Independently

1. Assist in Corporate advisory work

a) Investigative Accounting

b) Forensic Accounting

c) Liquidation

d) Litigation support

e) Business analysis and proposal

2. To carry out Accounting and Taxation

a) To follow Company’s accounting procedure when carrying out data entry work

b) To ensure accounting database is correctly saved in Company’s server

c) Carry out GST F5 registration, computation and e-filing

d) To prepare simple tax computation and Form C filing

OTHER WORK AS GIVEN FROM TIME TO TIME

1) To update ABSS for payments, receipts, suppliers bills on real time basis

2) Preparing monthly balance sheet, profit & loss statement and other reports

3) To assist in the collection of bills and prepare letters to clients for payment of outstanding invoices

4) To assist in preparation of corporate secretarial documentation thru software

5) To assist in filing/scanning/photocopying and binding of documents as instructed

6) Any other work as given from time to time

RESPONSIBILITIES

· Updating of financial reports thru ProFx software

. Preparation of Compilation Report

· Preparation of Tax Computation thru SingTax software

· Preparation of Form C or Form C-s

· Submission of Tax Returns to IRAS

. Preparation of Notional Tax Computation for ECI

. Submission of ECI to IRAS
