Job Description
We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriental Sale and Logistic Support to assist with sale and logistic operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible with coordinating logistic, and provide support to the sale team and perform administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations
Responsibilities:
- Assist in day-to-day office operations;
- Prepare orders and assist to coordinate for delivery or pick up;
- Assist to receive shipments and perform stocktake;
- Maintain inventory supplies iPrepare and maintain documents, reports, and files;
- Assist in workshops/ training classes organised by the company.
Requirement:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office;
- Good interpersonal and communication skills;
- Ability to converse and write in English and Chinese;
- Able to work on weekends;
- Physically fit to handle stocktake
