- Public Relations Officer (PRO), with a minimum 3 years' relevant experience and designate a team of staff who are familiar with multimedia presentation, from the commencement of the Works up to the Substantial Completion of the Works.
- Handling feedback and complaints from client and public in a professional manner.
- Provide full public relations services to the project.
- Work closely with Project Manager and team.
- Provide administrative assistance to the team.
- Other ad hoc duties assigned by project management from time to time.
- The PRO shall liaise with and assist the Employer's Corporate Communications Group (CCG) , as well as Manager for Community Partnership Division (MCPN) for all public relations matters in connection with the Contract.
- The PRO is to place top priority in PR matters and public feedback.
- The PRO shall be 24 hours contactable by the Employer.
Requirements:
- Possess public relations experience in construction industry is an advantage.
- Good communication skills.
- Pleasant personality, good team player, and proactive.
- Willing to work at project site office.
- Attached to a team and required to support projects managed by your team.
- Any degree, however civil and construction are preferred.
