Reporting to the Engineering Manager, you are responsible for supporting and executing the setup of the Packaging operations. This involves working closely together with the Capital Project team to ensure Safety, Quality, Compliance and Operational aspects of the packaging lines are adequately included during the design and construction phase. Post construction and qualification, as the team prepares for commercial supply, you will support the engineering and maintenance activities to ensure they meet GMP, regulatory and supply requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Safety & compliance

• Uphold and comply with safety standards and never compromise on patient, team and personal safety.

• Executes CMMS Work Instruction from Packaging line (e.g. Isolation and Reconnection of electrical supply, replace faulty part, troubleshoot, repair E/I and mechanical faults).

Operations excellence

• Support and meet performance metrics of the assigned operations.
• Proactively assess and carry out preventive maintenance and corrective repair works on packaging, robotic and conveying system.
• Contribute to maintain a high level of good housekeeping and carrying out operations within accepted GMP and HSE practices.

Routine Operation

• Perform routine QC sampling and in-process testing of the product at various stages throughout manufacturing i.e bioburden sampling, water sampling.

Associate Director, Quality Control, Site Microbiology SME

The position of Associate Director in Quality Operation will play a key role in supporting sitewide on the microbiology expertise, not limited to, Quality Microbiology Laboratory, Manufacturing and Utilities. The PTO Lead Process Engineer leads new product introductions and the transfer of drug products to other facilities of moderate/high complexity independently and is a coach for his/her colleagues on the commercialization and manufacture of all drug products. He/ she typically will assume the responsibilities of a technical product steward and leads/supports all technical/ process activities (for example) investigations, validation and qualification processes, risk assessments and process safety management activities under his/ her responsibilities. The PTO Lead Process Engineer also leads/supports continuous process improvement activities to enhance site performance metrics and provides advanced/expert knowledge to the site and across our global technical network (while leveraging on other site experiences / knowledge) and continuously expands on personal expertise. MAIN RESPONSBILITIES

• Leads new product introductions to the site by conducting process and equipment comparisons, new raw materials introduction, development studies, clinical supplies manufacturing, cleaning processes development/ validation and training of technicians as required. Identifies and implements strategies for PPQ matrixing, novel technologies and new products etc. Authors PPQ protocols, reports and other associated documentation related to a new product introduction. • Provides technical expertise related to the product, equipment and manufacturing/cleaning processes in response to deviations/ product complaints/ adverse events to identify point of occurrence, root cause and corrective/ preventative actions. Demonstrates ability to lead and resolve complex technical issues and investigations and resolve with minimal supervision.
• Provides technical expertise for compliance activities such as audit and regulatory support. Acts as primary regulatory representative with business partners and regulatory agencies for moderately complex products/ programs/ issues.
• Manages product portfolio activities and is expected to manage a project team for activities associated with the product portfolio. Examples (but not limited to) include managing documentation updates (e.g. SOPs, batchsheets, recipes), quality risk assessments, change control management/ filing support (if applicable) and validation activities such as equipment qualification, simple process validation and cleaning validation/monitoring activities. Maintenance Engineer (WDA) 2 year contract

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

· Provide technical expertise for all the DPI equipment related activities in the manufacturing process and support Maintenance Technicians.

Preventive Maintenance

· Ensure all planned internal and external Preventive Maintenance (PM) activities are executed and completed.

· Update equipment critical spare part list and set minimum re-order levels.

· Review existing maintenance RAs promptly and to develop new one when necessary.

Compliance – Safety

· Participate in and support the implementation of actions for Incident Investigations and Audits

· Ensure required risk assessments, including HAZOPS, are carried out in a timely manner, recommendations provided, and implemented as agreed.

· Ensure permit requirements met IPT maintenance activities.

Compliance – Quality & Change control

· Ensure all deviations/atypical and customer complaints are fully investigated with any equipment related actions effectively implemented within the agreed time frame to continually improve processes, prevent waste, and eliminate rework.

· Ensure all out-of-tolerance equipment findings are appropriately documented and investigated in a timely manner.

· Support implementation of Equipment change by participating in impact assessments and executing field equipment modifications, including management of project schedules, resource plans, vendor coordination, and material purchases.

· Prepare and complete IQ, OQ documentation and ensure that documentation meets required regulatory standards.

Equipment reliability

· Utilize Lean Six Sigma Tools, such as Six Sigma, Kaizen, SMED, and 5S, to support execution of continuous improvement and OE projects intended to increase agility, flow and throughput, and also to reduce cycle time and inventory.

· Support development of a continuous improvement framework within the maintenance group and works with the Maintenance Lead to identify opportunities.

· Lead plant improvement processes to enhance availability, reliability, cost-effectiveness and efficiency of the plant.

· Collect and analyze data and follow up with recommendation to improve equipment’s reliability and reduce equipment failures. Work with COE’s to execute a Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM) plan and to share best practices and lessons learned, with objective of improving asset utilization.

The User Experience Product Line Lead is a core and leadership position in Digital Services, our Digital Manufacuring Division responsible for leading the definition and implementation of User Experience strategy in our Digital Manufacuring Division. JOB PURPOSE

Coordinate and work alongside a team of 3rd Party Service Provider Personnel in performing warehouse and logistics activities in receiving, sampling, shipping, staging, storing, issuing, pack-out, inventory counting, transportation and documents processing related to materials movements.

MAIN RESPONSBILITIES:

• Provide guidance to Warehouses Personnel and 3rd Part Service Provider on proper and safe handling of materials, compliance to cGMP practices/procedures, accurate entry and maintenance of inventory transaction records. (as per assigned).
• Coordinate weekly microbiology test and quarterly swab-test of the pack-out rooms and isolators (as per assigned)

Main Responsibilities

• Provides support to complete work activities timely, efficiently and satisfactorily
• Collates and report the team shift or day activities to the team lead
• Provides simple troubleshooting and diagnostic of equipment failure to determine the root cause and perform immediate corrective actions. Use RTPS or RCFA tool for difficult or complex problem.

• Performs testing, commissioning, qualification (IQ, OQ) activities
• Carries out Safety, Health, and Environment (SHE) improvement initiatives (i.e. audits, training, etc) and submit recommendation
• Performs corrective and preventive maintenance for the Process /Utilities equipment/ systems to ensure efficient running of equipment.
• Executes CMMS Work Instruction from process plants (e.g. Isolation and Reconnection of electrical supply, install earthing bonds for new or replacement piping, replace faulty lighting and troubleshoot/repair any E/I faults)
• Performs basic troubleshooting of the AHU/ BMS system.
• Assists Manger/ Engineer during the vendor servicing and testing of PRDs/ process Equipment/ Systems
• Participate in SHE, Business Compliance, cGMP and all other compliance-related matters, where applicable

WHAT YOU MUST HAVE

We are looking for a skilled Release Management Lead to join our team, responsible for automating deployments, overseeing releases, and tracking technical products within our CEx Product Lines. WHAT YOU MUST HAVE

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 8+ years of relevant work experience, with demonstrated expertise in the Release Management domain including strong technical understanding of relevant tools and processes in a pharmaceutical industry
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple releases simultaneously.
• Deep experience with E2E Software Delivery processes, Code Versioning and Release Management technologies, CI/CD automations

Process Engineer (WDA) - 2 Years Contract

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Is involved in/supports the design and execution of small/ full scale experiments using appropriate methodology and/or simulations for products/ processes to evaluate the impact of proposed changes to validated equipment/ processes. Proactively identify solutions with support from seniors or direct supervisor to address issues that arose during experiment/evaluation
• Provides technical expertise related to the product, equipment and manufacturing/cleaning processes in response to deviations/ product complaints/ adverse events to identify point of occurrence, root cause and corrective/ preventative actions. Expected to have a working knowledge of respective compliance topics related to the above-mentioned activities and understands the principles of Quality by Design (QbD) and executes the requirements in support of a QbD filing where applicable.
• Proactively monitors the performance of process parameters, critical quality attributes and equipment/module(s)/unit operation(s) performance during manufacturing and cleaning. This could involve leading/participating in Prospective Process Analysis (PPA), statistical analysis and response to shifts and trends in process performance. Where applicable (under the guidance of colleagues if necessary), undertakes responsibilities as an active site product steward and is a member of the Value Chain Technical Team.
• In addition, participates in Continued Process Verification and Annual Product review activities as part of product lifecycle management. EHS Engineer – Environmental Programs (Associate Specialist) (WDA)

As a technician you will join one of the teams who manufacture our medicines. The environment that these teams work in is a clean room environment doing filling of sterile vials. Routine Operation

• Setup and operate pharmaceutical production equipment including high-speed filling lines for sterile injectables, robotic technology, compounding panels and automatic CIP/SIP.
• Dispense, formulate and fill active biological product batches as required to meet the production schedule.
• Perform routine QC sampling and in-process testing of the product at various stages throughout manufacturing i.e bioburden sampling, water sampling
• Microbial sampling and swabbing of room and equipment.
• Perform cleaning and upkeep of the Grade C & D cleanrooms and production equipment.
• Perform filter integrity testing using an automatic filter integrity test unit.
• Preparation of equipment including loading and starting of sterilisation cycles in autoclaves.
• Complete batch documentation as required.
• Perform in-process sampling on semi-finished drug products
• Perform visual inspection, labeling and packaging on semi-finished drug products
• Perform all tasks in accordance with the standard operating procedures and maintain strict compliance to GMP at all times.

• Report QN/deviations if any.

• Responsible to escalate Operations issues to Lead Tech or Shift Manager when required

Continuous Improvement

WHAT YOU WILL DO

JOB PURPOSE

Coordinate and work alongside a team of 3rd Party Service Provider Personnel in performing warehouse and logistics activities in receiving, sampling, shipping, staging, storing, issuing, pack-out, inventory counting, transportation and documents processing related to materials movements.

MAIN RESPONSBILITIES:

• Provide guidance to Warehouses Personnel and 3rd Part Service Provider on proper and safe handling of materials, compliance to cGMP practices/procedures, accurate entry and maintenance of inventory transaction records. (as per assigned).
• Coordinate weekly microbiology test and quarterly swab-test of the pack-out rooms and isolators (as per assigned)
• Receive incoming materials. Verify incoming materials against the delivery note/document. Stage materials received neatly and transfer to storage locations. Route documents for the materials received to the appropriate departments for further processing. Record and report any variance versus the delivery note/document.
• Assemble and stage materials per production pick list and issue the materials to the appropriate plants. Accurately document all transactions. Input transaction data into the business computer systems and file the documents accordingly.
• Perform pack-out activities and observe the cleanliness requirements in the pack-out work area. Perform sanitation and cleaning of pack-out rooms and isolators. Record and document the operating temperature and relative humidity of the work area. Accurately document the pack-out transactions. Input transaction data into the business computer systems and file the documents accordingly.
• Perform sampling operation and observe the cleanliness requirements in the sampling booth. Perform sanitation and cleaning of sampling booth. Accurately document the sampling operation activities. and file the documents accordingly.
• Assemble and stage materials per the shipment packing list and hand-over the goods to designate freight forwarding agent. Accurately complete shipping document in accordance with shipping instructions. Input transaction data into the business computer systems and file the documents accordingly.
• Operate pallet truck, stacker, forklift and other material handling equipment. Handle all materials according to safety, health and environmental procedures with special attention to the handling of hazardous chemicals and store materials in accordance to its controlled storage requirements.
• Conduct inventory counts as required and record the variances in accordance to operating procedures.

Qualification:

• GCE ‘O’ level or equivalent.

Experience:

• At least 5 to 8 years of related work experience.
• Experience and knowledge in materials handling, operating of materials handling equipment, basic safety knowledge.
• Must have good understanding of procedure/ document system used for materials movements.

Other Personal Attributes:

• Able speaks, read and write simple English; and perform basic mathematics.
• Familiar with applicable regulations and guidelines, example: inventory control and handling of dangerous goods.
• Familiarized with cGMP working environment.
