• Handling and drafting of email correspondences.
• Carry out administrative duties such as filing, scanning, photocopying etc.

• Assist in coordinating for events, trainings when needed.

1. Office Administration

• Develop, implement, and monitor administrative policies, procedures, and systems.

2.Corporate Governance

3.Financial and Administrative Budgeting

• Oversee administrative budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficiency.

• Lead and mentor the administrative team, fostering a collaborative and efficient workculture.

• Report to the Project Manager and/or Asst. Project Manager.
• Overall in charge of site coordination.
• Lead a team of operation staff in daily operations.
• Manage and oversee the day-to-day construction activities of the project.
• Monitor and control the general workers' deployment on-site.
• Maintain site access throughout the construction period.
• Control and monitor work progress and resources.
• Diploma holders or equivalent withrelevant experience and proven track records will also be considered.
