Responsibilities
- Prepare food dishes according to specified requirements and procedures, menu recipes and presentation instructions always.
- Cook menu items in cooperation with the kitchen team.
- Ensure availability of supplies and food or approved substitutions in time for preparation.
- Maintain stock inventory and ensure storage areas are tidy.
