We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our employment agency.
The role requires a proactive individual who can manage multiple tasks efficiently, communicate effectively, and contribute to the overall success of our organization.
- Office Management: Maintain a well-organized and efficient office environment. Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative including handling phone calls, emails, and correspondence. Schedule and coordinate appointments, and workers' medical, thumbprint etc.
- Data Entry and Record Keeping: Accurately input data into relevant databases. Maintain and organize records, files, and documentation.
- Communication: Act as a liaison between sales team and external parties. Ensure timely and effective communication within the organization.
- Problem Solving: Identify and address administrative issues and challenges proactively. Collaborate with team members to find efficient solutions.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as an administrative assistant or in a related role is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Attention to detail and accuracy are critical.
- Proactive attitude and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
