Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support.
- Handle enquiries and respond to customer's feedback in a professional manner
- Handling import/export documentations, custom declaration & Trade net operations
- General shipping functions including data entries
- Preparation of B/L, manifest and invoices
- Coordinate incoming & outgoing shipments with subordinates, suppliers, freight forwarders & customers
- Prepare customer billing (Scan POD, Prepare Purchase Order, Invoices)
- Arrange transport for cargo delivery
- Other ad-hoc duties
Requirements:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Logistics/Supply Chain, Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.
