Due to major company growth and project awarded, Mutiara (FE) Pte Ltd has an immediate opening for Admin Cum Procurement. We are seeking well qualified, enthusiastic people to join us for continued growth of our business.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Materials sourcing, Daily Issuance of Purchase Order,
- Data entry, processing payment vouchers, payment collection and bookkeeping.
- Assist in all the daily administrative work include compile, verify and filing of Deliver Order/Tax invoices, Logistic planning and etc.
- Handling the HR related matters, staff claims, etc.
- Other ad hoc duties assigned by Superior.
- Overall responsible for the efficient operations and cleanliness of workplace
QUALIFICATIONS/ EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- Diploma in Administrative/Accounting
- Self-Motivation
- Computer Skill - Microsoft office
- Min 1 year working experience
