Job Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Clinic Receptionist at Myphysio Pte Ltd, located next to Botanic Gardens MRT Station. As a Clinic Receptionist, you will be responsible for warmly greeting patients and visitors, answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, collecting patient information and payments, verifying insurance information, and ensuring the smooth running of the clinic. You will work closely with physiotherapists and other healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional care and service to patients.
Qualifications
Prior experience as a receptionist or in a similar role in a healthcare setting is highly preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and preferably one other language (Mandarin or dialect)
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Attention to detail and accuracy when handling sensitive patient data
Minimum education level of GCE 'O' Levels or equivalent
Willingness to learn and adapt to emerging technologies, such as electronic medical records and billing software
Willingness to work 5.5days( 44hours work week)
