NCS Gov+ offers government agencies transformative digital solutions, including IT modernisation & cloud computing, aimed at enhancing citizen experiences. As our Client Delivery Lead in Gov+, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality delivery of projects while driving impactful outcomes for key clients.
- Collaborate with the Client Service Lead to align NCS offerings, including applications, infrastructure, cybersecurity, communication engineering, digital solutions, and thought leadership, with the client’s needs.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for project and managed services delivery.
- Foster strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and multifunctional project teams to deliver business value.
What You’ll Do:
- Develop business opportunities and ideate solutions using technology and process innovations.
- Create sustainable growth opportunities that align with NCS’s core capabilities.
- Direct teams across different Service Organisations (SOs) to meet revenue, quality, and customer satisfaction targets.
- Oversee program delivery and maintain accountability for client services.
