Job summary

• Responsible for all accounts and administrative task.
• To work as part of the Accounts team.

Area of responsibilities

• Posts financial data to appropriate accounts in an automated accounting system, according to instructions
• Understand fully the internal sales systems and procedures.
• Abiding by company procedures and accounting principles.
• Maintain a collaborative and effective working relationship with customers, internal partners and stakeholders, and supply chain.
• Prepare full set of financial statements including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements (management accounts)
• Responsible for all statutory filings and liason with External Auditor, Tax Agent and Authorities
• Compute taxes owed and prepare tax returns, ensuring compliance with payment, reporting and other tax requirements.
• To receive and process all invoices, expense forms and requests for payment (AP & AR).
• Support and assist General Manager if required.
• Any other area of responsibilities (adhoc financial and administrative tasks) as and when the company deems necessary.

Competency requirements

• Diploma in Accounting/Finance, or equivalent with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
• Administrative experience will be an advantage.
• Preferably to have at least experience in full set of accounts as this role will handle accounts by entities.
• Competency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment

Working Hours
Monday - Friday : 09.00am - 06.00pm (1 Hour Break)
Saturday: 09:00am - 01:00pm (1 Saturday Shift Monthly)

Job summary

2) To work as part of the Accounts team.

Area of responsibilities

1) Maintaining a database, ensuring that records are complete and current.

2) Recording information, processing, and filing forms.

3) Abiding by all company procedures and accounting principles.

4) Responding appropriately to vendor, client, and internal requests.

5) Responsible for daily filing, photocopy and scanning of documents.

6) Downloading / Scanning and filing of all bank statements

7) To assist on daily AR / AP operation administrative task.

8) To assist on the giro collections (AR).

9) To assist on all transactions are entered into Data Webbased and filed timely and accurately (AR / AP).

10) Support and assist account manager duties as assigned.

11) Any other area of responsibilities that the company deems necessary.

Competency requirements

1) No working experience required as on-job-training provided.

2) Administrative experience will be an advantage.

3) Competency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.

4) Well organized, attention to detail and accuracy.

Monday - Friday : 09.30am - 06.00pm (1 Hour Break)
Saturday: 09:00am - 01:00pm (1 Saturday Shift Monthly)
