[What you will be working on]

• Strengthen the capabilities of volunteer management practitioners by deepening their knowledge and skills in volunteer management through learning & development opportunities, networking events and sharing of resources

• Thought leader in the areas of risk management, business continuity, ops-tech integration and use of technology and AI and apply best/good practices to NCSS.

• Lead the design, development and implementation of strategies, plans and initiatives in risk management, business continuity and leverage technology and AI in NCSS.

• Lead in the engagement and consultation with Divs in NCSS on the continuous review strategies, plans and initiatives in risk management, business continuity and leverage technology and AI in NCSS, to remain relevant and current.

• Lead in the conduct of communications and engagement sessions with staff on risk management, business continuity and use of technology and AI in NCSS, to build awareness and deepen ownership.

• Lead in the building and deepening of risk management, business continuity and use of technology and AI as a work culture in NCSS.

• Lead in the design and co-ordination of delivery of competency-based programmes on risk management, business continuity and use of technology and AI.

• Lead in the regular conduct of table-top exercises and simulation exercises to stretch-test the risk management and business continuity plans including After Action Review Sessions

• Lead in the briefings and engagements with Board, EXCO, SMT and staff on work related to risk management, business continuity and use of technology and AI.

[What you will be working on]

1.Perform relationship and engagement functions to achieve fundraising targets through all existing donation platforms
2.Work closely with President’s office to achieve fund-raising commitments
3.Strengthen the engagement and relationship with existing donors through regular and robust donor stewardship to enhance donor experience to promote continued support.
4.Plan and manage PC signature events such as Istana Open Houses and other PC related events such as media launches.
5.Cultivate and build up relationship with potential new donors by strategising the approach and implementation plan, in consultation with HOD.

Identify needs in sub-sector:

• Engage SSAs and key partner agencies to understand national strategies and key services in the sub-sector
• Analyse the service landscape to identify key needs and gaps in the sub-sector
• Develop and oversee implementation of sub-sector strategy aligned to NCSS’s to meet the identified needs
• Communicate needs and gaps to SSAs and encourage development of services to meet the needs

Develop new initiatives to meet identified gaps in NCSS’s service priority areas:

• Conceptualise new programmes and initiatives that meet sub-sector needs and work with relevant partners to refine proposals and implement solutions
• Drive collaborations with SSAs in the development of services that meet the needs in the priority areas
• Oversee assessment of funding proposals of new programmes in accordance with NCSS’ service and funding priorities within the sub-sector
