We are looking for a tech savvy individual to champion NMS’ digital marketing initiatives. You will be a critical member in the digital marketing team in realising NMS’ digital strategy through working with multiple stakeholders, where you can look forward to being involved firsthand in digital marketing product creation, development and management, bringing new digital experiences to life for our audiences in both the physical and online worlds in a fun and insightful manner. Responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to enhance digital awareness and engagement of the museum and its offerings and help scale the museum towards mass-personalisation marketing.
• Manage the National Museum of Singapore, Changi Chapel and Museum as well as Reflections at Bukit Chandu websites, overseeing the design and development of any other new system requirements that may affect the websites, particularly integration of CMS (Sitecore) and CRM systems. 
• Lead in digital project management and work with external vendors and internal teams during project and content development, as well as the management of post project follow through such as maintenance and data analysis of results against agreed outcomes. This includes execution of the digital marketing projects for exhibitions and programmes, conducting UX design validation and performing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure a positive overall user experience.
• Manage media buying and creative agencies on delivering digital campaigns, and monitor effectiveness, finance management and develop contingency strategies when required.
• Manage digital marketing software, produce analytic reports on digital marketing performance across projects to evaluate campaign effectiveness and provide recommendations.

Requirements

• Preferably at least 3-5 years of relevant experience particularly in digital marketing and communications
• Excellent communication, analytical and organisational skills, able to multi-task, and has experience in project management and preferably in government procurement as well
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and social media platforms
• Basic knowledge of HTML & website content development, familiarity with SiteCore CMS, Adobe Experience Cloud, Matterport 3D and relevant 3D AR/VR tools a strong plus
• Experience in the implementation and maintenance of interactive and immersive technologies will be advantageous
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Interest in the Arts and Heritage Sector

The Indian Heritage Centre is a young heritage institution launched in 2015 that traces the history of the Indian and South Asian communities in the Southeast Asian region. The centre has a busy year-round calendar of exhibitions, programmes and activities, contributing actively to the community. Through such activities, it seeks to promote greater public awareness and appreciation of Indian heritage, arts and culture. It is housed in an iconic and unique building right in the heart of Little India and serves as a springboard for visitors to explore the sights, sounds and scents of the historical precinct.

Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Partnership, Development, and Marketing Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for cultivating strategic partnerships, driving development initiatives, and implementing innovative marketing strategies to enhance the museum's visibility and impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive partnership strategy to collaborate with corporate sponsors, community organizations, and government agencies to support the museum's mission and programs.
• Identify and pursue funding opportunities, grants, and sponsorships to sustain and expand the museum's initiatives and projects.
• Lead the planning and implementation of marketing campaigns to promote exhibitions, events, and educational programs, leveraging both traditional and digital channels.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, donors, and sponsors to ensure ongoing support and engagement with the museum.
• Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling content and materials that effectively communicate the museum's value proposition and impact.
• Monitor and analyze marketing and partnership performance metrics to optimize strategies and achieve measurable results.
• Collaborate with other departments within IHC including education, outreach, curatorial and marketing to further the awareness and appreciation of IHC’s narrative
• Actively identify, develop relations and partnerships with stakeholders through co-created programmes, initiatives, and other forms of engagement.
• Other areas include:
  • Supervise interns, junior, temporary and/or outsourced staff who support the IHC team
  • Assist in other duties as assigned by the General Manager, IHC

Requirements:

• Background in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
• Preferably with at least 5 years of proven track record of successfully developing and managing partnerships, securing funding, and implementing marketing initiatives in the cultural or non-profit sector.
• Strong understanding of branding, audience engagement, and digital marketing trends.
• Ability to be hands-on in developing digital content and marketing campaigns.
• Passion and interest in local and Indian history, culture and heritage as well as the museum sector
• Creative, innovative and very resourceful, willing to experiment in uncharted territory
• Excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills
• Able to work independently, yet be a good team player
• Demonstrate initiative and drive, willingness to take on additional duties when required
• Strong organisational and project management skills, with the versatility to adapt to changing needs of projects
• Able to work outside of regular office hours, including evenings, weekends and public holidays
